Be safe and truthful
Use accurate adult identity and family information. Do not impersonate others, misrepresent verification, fabricate emergencies, conceal commercial activity or encourage unsafe supervision. Meet first in public and follow venue rules.
Respect privacy
Do not post another person’s home address, school, schedule, exact child location, private messages, legal name or photograph without clear permission. Do not scrape profiles, build dossiers, track families or use Kinfolk data for advertising.
No hate, exclusion or harassment
Threats, stalking, bullying, sexual content involving minors, exploitation, discriminatory event rules, slurs and harassment are prohibited. Compatibility filters must not be used to demean or unlawfully exclude protected groups.
Events and commerce
Hosts must describe events honestly, disclose costs and cancellations, and never imply Kinfolk has verified facts it has not verified. Payments are disabled during testing. Future paid events will have separate organizer and refund terms.
Enforcement
We may limit visibility, remove content, preserve evidence, suspend accounts or report credible danger to appropriate authorities. Users may block and report other adults. Emergency cancellation is not a substitute for emergency services.
