Account holders must be adults authorized to manage the family information they submit.
Meetup responsibility
Kinfolk helps adults connect but does not supervise meetups. Parents and guardians remain responsible for children, transportation and venue suitability.
Prohibited conduct
No harassment, threats, fraud, racial exclusion, sexual content involving minors, attempts to contact children directly, false verification, unsafe private-location baiting, scraping or publishing another family’s private information.
Moderation
We may limit, suspend or remove content, events and accounts to protect families or comply with law. Important actions are audited.
Payments
Subscriptions will renew until canceled after payments launch. Final billing, cancellation and refund terms must be approved before accepting money.
